Crystal J. Anderson is an Emory University employee in the Department of Title IX, and formerly with the Society of Biblical Literature. Crystal also has several years’ experience as an independent researcher, genealogist, and family historian. The information presented here is based on her maternal family’s history. Originally from Gainesville, Florida, she has special interest in early Florida history. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Art’s degree in Sociology from the University of Florida and a Master of Divinity, with concentration in Scripture & Interpretation, from Emory University’s Candler School of Theology.
